Non-PRO Not for points German to English Bus/Financial Human Resources 360 Feedback
Can anyone tell me whether competencies or competences is the correct word for the plural form "Kompetenzen"?? This is in using the word for skills that a person has or should have.

Thanks in advance for your input

competencies

As the profile is called a 'competency profile' the plural would be 'competencies'.

Competences are comparable to authorisations (what people/services/etc. are allowed/permitted to do/decide).
