REGISTER OF CHARGES
The Company shall maintain at the office of its registered agent a register of charges in which there
shall be entered the following particulars regarding each mortgage, charge and other encumbrance
created by the Company:
a) the date of creation of the charge;
b) a short description of the liability secured by the charge;
c) a short description of the property charged;
d) the name and address of the trustee for the security or, if there is no such trustee, the name and
address of the chargee;
e) unless the charge is a security to bearer, the name and address of the holder of the charge; and
f) details of any prohibition or restriction contained in the instrument creating the charge on the
power of the Company to create any future charge ranking in priority to or equally with the
charge.

REGISTRO DE IMPORTES (cargos gravamenes)
La compañía mantendrá en la oficina de su representante legal un registro de los importes que se tengan que registrar con respecto a cada hipoteca, impuesto y otro gravamen creado por la empresa
a) la fecha creación del importe
b) una breve descripción de la responsabilidad asegurada por el importe;
c) una breve descripción de la propiedad gravada;
d) el nombre y la dirección del fiduciario para el titulo valor o, si no existe tal fiduciario, el nombre y dirección del acreedor;
e) a menos que la carga sea un título al portador, el nombre y la dirección del titular del cargo, y
f) detalles de cualquier prohibición o restricción contenida en el instrumento de creación de la carga en el poder de la empresa para crear una futura carga con prioridad respecto a, o igual al cargo
