German term
verfahrensgegenstaendlich
German to English
Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
Money laundering
I am struggling to translate a sentence containing this word into English.
The sentence reads:
Von einer Identitaet mit dem hier bekannt gewordenen Auftraggeber der verfahrensgegenstaendlichen Zahlungseingaenge duerfte auszugehen sein.
My translation (so far) reads:
"An associate of this known arranger of money transfers may yet receive funds."
Can anyone tell me what this word means and what they understand this sentence to mean?
Many thanks!

vde. sentence
wording in more legal terms; payments emanating from the current proceedings
Example sentence:
consistent with procedural payments
21 hrs
One can proceed on the assumption of identity with the originator of the said credit transfers
Here 'said' meaning 'referred to in the proceedings'.
To be 100% sure of capturing exactly what is meant here by 'Identität' I think it would be important to know the precise context in which this was said.

The 'Alt + number key' works only with the number keypad (with the Num Lock 'on') and NOT with the number keys on top of the keypad (due to different ASCII codes).
In a laptop use Alt + Fn+ number key from the virtual key pad formed on the right hand by the keys 7890, uiop, jkl;, m,./

Discussion
Anyways, englandsfinest, I'm glad I could help you sort out what's what! I won't post it as a suggestion because it definitely needs some fine-tuning from a native English speaker :-)
“Es wird angenommen, dass eine (in diesem Satz nicht benannte) Person mit dem Auftraggeber der Zahlungseingänge identisch ist.“
[It can be assumed that XX is indeed the individual introduced to us here who ordered the incoming payments that are the subject of these proceedings]
