This is how I understand the sentence: التحقق من شروط عقد الإيجار الجديد للتأكد من أنها مقبولة للشركة وأن الزيادة في الإيجار، إن وجدت، هي ضمن حدود تفويض الموظف
Sorry Fuad. I just noticed your bottom line comment. I agree with you and thus translated it accordingly.
any I would probably think there is a comma after "any", as the context suggests that referral to lease increase, if any, is within

any it is not any it is in fact (if any) read toghether and does not necessarily pertain to any category of questions....it is normal English usage

This is an ENG-ENG question This question should more properly posted as ENG-ENG question, as it involves no translation. You will stand a much better chance of receiving best input when you post your question under the correct language pair.

"Any" seems to refer to "lease increase." A second comma should follow the phrase "if any."

إإن وجد

(if any) in this particular text means if there is any of these points or resrvations
Peer comment(s):

neutral Hassan Al-Haifi (wordforword) : Yes, but the increase is feminine in English and you would have to limit the any to the increase and exclude any other "terms"

إن وجدت) أي زيادة).

I am almost sure that the implication is related to the "lease increase"; as the following "is" refers to a singular subject, and thus you can rule out "the terms" which is plural. Thus you would have إن وجدت أي زيادة all together and indivisible to make sense with the context. See my discussion above.
