Na de vereffening van het maatschappelijk passief, zal het batig saldo tussen de vennoten verdeeld worden volgens het aantal aandelen in hun bezit, nadat deze gebeurlijk op dezelfde vereffeningsvoet zullen gebracht zijn.

Your choice implies this, and you may be unaware of it. It would make sense if the total shareholding is reduced to the net value of the company to be liquidated.

Since when does 'liquidation parity' mean the same as 'residual value of the shares? (parity means 'equal to the level of ....'). This is beyond my comprehension.

Example sentence:

After the company's liabilities will have been liquidated, the net balance will be distributed according to the partners' individual shareholding after such has been revalued commensurately.
