Yakuhatsu Notification No.XXX Pharmaceutical Affairs Bureau.

The Notification name is also acceptable to say "Yakuhatsu".
I agree sigmalanguage's comment as well, but there are many notification names such as Yakushoku. It is helpful to put the categoly of notificaion.
