I hate to bring this up in the forum, but I'm having trouble getting started with hosting in Proz. I've sent two support tickets since December 8, both were acknowledged but neither has been answered. Should I start looking for another provider?

If not a provider can fulfill this basic requirement you should consider moving to another provider, that's my point of view.
