Earlier this year functionality was built into the Connect directory, allowing outsourcers to look specifically for translators who have WWA entries and/or a certain level of profile completeness (all profiles, profiles with all required fields, profiles with all required and encouraged fields).

Earlier this year functionality was built into the Connect directory, allowing outsourcers to look specifically for translators who have WWA entries and/or a certain level of profile completeness (all profiles, profiles with all required fields, profiles with all required and encouraged fields).



Both options are used by outsourcers in about 3% to 4% of their searches.

Now these two options have been added to the freelancers directory.

From now on, when searching in this directory it will be possible to request only service providers who have received at lest a WWA entry:



It will also possible to select service providers who have completed all the 'required' fields, or all the 'required' and 'encouraged' fields in their profiles.



In many cases, profile fields include an option to decline to enter the information. Declined fields are considered complete for the purposes of determining 'profile completeness' in this case.

A similar modification will be implemented later this week in the interface for posting jobs in the site.
