Hey everyone!
I would like to create a segmentation rule for memoq to get it to create a segment after it sees a word in square brackets. Ex: [UNCOMFIRMED] The sky is blue.

Using default English rules only one segment is created. I would like memoq to create two segments "[UNCONFIRMED]" and "The sky is blue.". This way all the repeating segments in square brackets would have to be only translated once through repeating segments and I wouldn't have to deal with the small inconvenience of having to retranslate the repeating square brackets every segment.
Thanks to anyone that could help me out! ▲ Collapse

Go to settings > segmentation rules > create a copy of the default seg rules and select it as active.
Go to custom lists, select the #end# item and add the right square bracket to the list.
You will need to reimport the source document after you have modified the seg rules.
