So today I get a mailing from a prominent women's organization, and the blurb on the envelope reads: "When it comes to your health as a women [sic], who can you trust? Really trust?"

Obviously not their designated proofreader, ay ay ay...

Our local hospital opened an open-door incontinence clinic, and sent out promotional leaflets referring to it as a "Drip-in Centre"

Seems too co-incidental, but they surely can't have meant it as an unkind joke, so I can only imagine it was Freudian slip, with 'o' being next to 'i' on the keyboard
