THERMO-PRINTING
It is one of the most common printing techniques for logos used in the luxury world. Thanks to the application of a glossy metallic strip and the use of a special brass or magnesium cliche, the logo is imprinted in the fabric, so getting a glossy print, able to reproduce a metallic effect. It is a valuable technique, but more usual, which gives the packaging a stylish and traditional touch. It is usually made in the following colors: silver, yellow gold and rose gold.
UV SILK-SCREEN PRINTING
The Silk Screen Printing is a very common technique in the world of design and fashion, which allows you to print logos, graphics and drawings, even complex, in different colours and shades of colour.
And thanks to the UV coating it allows you to create a very elegant and refined glossy-matte finish, even on matching colours. We advise you to use it to print details or decorative elements supplementary to thermo-printing.
RELIEF PRINTING
It is among the most ancient printing techniques, realized through the impression of a cliche on the back of fabric or paper. The effect you get is an embossed tone on tone, three-dimensional and tactile logo. A refined and elegant effect, timeless. The only limit is: the size of the logo and any text. This technique can not be applied to very thin and complex text.
DRY-PRINTING
Dry-printing, along with relief printing, is among the oldest printing techniques. Through the use of a cliche, the logo is impressed on fabric or on paper, obtaining a “no printing”, no colour effect, for an unchanged in time elegance.
We advise you to use it on leather fabrics and glossy embossed papers, to enhance more the effect of "no printing" and the contrast among the materials.

Maschine für Umdruckverfahren
Es ist eines der am häufigsten verwendeten Drucktechniken für in der Luxus-Welt verwendeten Logos. Dank der Anwendung eines glänzenden Metallic-Streifen und die Verwendung eines speziellen Messing oder Magnesium Klischee wird das Logo in das Gewebe eingeprägt, so eine glänzende Druck bekommen, können einen metallischen Effekt zu reproduzieren. What is the best pillow for my sleeping position?
The Flex Pillow is made to fit all the people and sleeping positions. Depending on your sleeping position, you can adjust height and firmness of the pillow to your likings. Do you need to fluff the Flex Pillow?
Your Flex Pillow is delivered with a small refill bag and with this bag you can adjust the Flex Pillow. Depending on your sleep position you can adjust your flex pillow to your likings. Is Vita Talalay safe for people with allergies
For somebody with latex allergy, it is safe. We have never received any feedback from consumers with regards to latex allergy linked to the proteins that cause the allergy. The reason is that the proteins are washed out during the production process and the latex is tucked in the mattress.
For people with dust mite allergy, Vita Talalay brings an added benefit as the Talalay process makes such an airy product that it gives no ground for dust mites to live in.
Are Vita Talalay flakes Recyclable?
Yes, they are. If they are reclaimed by the mattress retailer or given to a recycling point, the latex can be reused for underfloor or insulation.
How long do Vita Talalay products last?
Vita Talalay is used being part of many mattresses, toppers and pillows. It is tested to be more durable than memory foam or Dunlop latex. However, our retailers decide on the warranty terms they can offer. In general bedding brands love Talalay because they get very little complaints on durability exceeding the recommended consumer replacement times of a pillow (3 years) or mattress (7 years) by far.
Are Vita Talalay products washed?
All Vita Talalay products have been washed well with clear water, used one single time, washing out soaps and leftover proteins. Comparisons (analysis) with other latex suppliers has shown that our washing process is very thorough.
Where does the latex come from?
Most of our latex is sourced from South East Asia, Thailand.
Is Vita Talalay latex biodegradable?
The natural latex used is biobased and also biodegrades. However, there is no such thing as a foam being biodegradable! Not a memory foam, not a Dunlop latex and not a Talalay. Claims like “biodegradable as an oak leaf” are misleading. The reason is that in the process crosslinks are made of the molecules, that can not easily be undone. Which is a good thing: otherwise your bed would be deteriorating while you are sleeping in it. Of course, the particles would get smaller and smaller until you can’t see them anymore. But they are still there: instead of degrading it is deteriorating.
What are Vita Talalay flakes and how are they made?
Vita Talalay flakes are small chunks of 100% talalay latex, mainly used for pillows. A pillow is very personal. Some people prefer a shapeable pillow. With flakes you can mold/squeeze your pillow in any shape, just as you were used to with your feather/ down pillow, but now with the breathability and the lifting comfort of a Vita Talalay.
Will I stay cool while sleeping on a Vita Talalay?
Yes, you will. Tests show that the resistance to heat (and the moisture that develops as a result of human-generated heat, which causes you to perspire) is much lower with Talalay than with memory foam.

Hintergrund ist, dass die Proteine beim Herstellungsprozess herausgewaschen werden und der Latex in die Matratze gefüllt wird.
Für Menschen mit Staubmilben-Allergie bietet Vita Talalay den Vorteil, dass der Talalay Prozess ein sehr luftiges Produkt erzeugt, welches Stabmilben keine Grundlage bietet.
Sind Vita Talalay Flocken recycelbar?
Ja, das sind sie. Wenn Sie von einem Matratzen-Fachhändler oder einem Service für Wiederverwertung zurückgenommen werden, kann der Latex für Fußböden oder Isolationen genutzt werden.
Wie lange halten Vita Talalay Produkte?
Vita Talalay wird in vielen Matratzen, Auflagen und Kissen verarbeitet. In Tests ist es haltbarer als Memory-Schaum oder Dunlop Latex. Unabhängig davon bestimmen die Händler den eigentlichen Garantiezeitraum, den sie gewähren möchten. Im Allgemeinen bevorzugen Bettenhersteller Talalay, da sie sehr wenige Beschwerden zur Haltbarkeit bekommen und die durchschnittlichen, empfohlenen Austauschzeiten für Kissen (3 Jahre) und Matratzen (7 Jahre) weit überschritten werden.
Sind Vita Talalay Produkte gewaschen?
Alle Vita Talay Produkte sind mit klarem Wasser gut durchgewaschen, um Seifen und übriggebliebene Proteine zu entfernen. Vergleiche (Analysen) mit anderen Latex Herstellern zeigen, dass unser Waschprozess sehr gründlich ist.
Wo kommt der Latex her?
Unser Latex kommt fast ausschließlich aus Südost-Asien, Thailand.
Ist Vita Talalay Latex umweltverträglich abbaubar?
Natürlicher Latex ist biologisch und daher auch biologisch abbaubar. Allerdings gibt es soetwas wie einen biologisch abbaubaren Schaum nicht. Kein Memory-Schaum, kein Dunlop Latex und kein Talalay. Aussagen wie “biologisch abbaubar wie ein Eichenlaub” sind irreführend. Hintergrund ist, dass in dem Prozess Querverbindungen zwischen Molekülen hergestellt werden, die sich nicht einfach wieder auflösen lassen. Allerdings auch nicht ganz unwichtig, da andererseits Ihr Bett beim Schlafen an Qualität verlieren würde. Die Partikel würden dann immer kleiner und kleiner werden, bis sie nicht mehr sichtbar sind. Sie sind aber immer noch da, anstatt abgebaut zu werden, „faulen“ sie.
Was sind Vita Talalay Flocken und wie werden sie hergestellt?
Vita Talalay Flocken sind kleine Stücke aus 100% Talalay Latex, welcher hauptsächlich für Kissen eingesetzt wird. Ein Kissen ist etwas sehr persönliches, Individuelles. Einige Menschen bevorzugen ein formbares Kissen mit Flocken, so dass man das Kissen in jede Form bringen kann, so wie man es vom Feder- oder Daunenkissen kennt. Mit Vita Talalay hat man diesen Vorteil inkl. Atmungsaktivität und dem erhebenden Komfort.
