To answer all questions from overseas, we Oceanmoon have a translator.
But even so, it requires many steps and time to communicate clearly. Sometimes it takes hours between us, translator and customers to communicate back and forth for very simple and repetitive questions.
To minimize such usage of time, we will not be answering questions under following conditions:
1) If the answer of the question is already announced on our website, or our email newsletter
2) If the question is regarding exact, or estimated date of releasing products
3) We update the title of the order post so you can check the status. Therefore we will not be answering email requesting a status update.
There are simply too many variables in production stage; unexpected things can happen.
Even we, the creators are uncertain to say how long it will take to make better results.
When something is posted in order comments, that means something happend during payment transaction and we can't contact you by email.
So if there are too many comments just asking for things like status update, that will take us time to answer. The time taken will cause delay for you and other customers.
Usually we show that everything is going fine, by updating the title of order post. Please wait patiently! We are working in the order of payment came in.
Also, there are only two members in Atelier Oceanmoon. (Translator is not a member.) There is no employee dedicated to handling sales and administrating the website.
In other words, each time a question is submitted, the creators have to stop working on the projects to answer your question. The more questions asked, the more delay on release date.
Therefore, we ask you very cordially, to consider carefully when posting/emailing questions.
Is it really not stated anywhere? Won't it be announced soon on website anyway?
Of course, we would like to provide the best service possible.
But due to the fact that the creators themselves are taking all matters in their hands, it really does delay the production by answering repetitive questions.
