If you would like to know how I achieve this you might want to read a little about my background:
I was born and educated in the Netherlands after which period of 24 years I moved to the UK where I have lived and worked for 24 years. Having worked in many managerial roles, I changed career path a few years ago and have since worked as an in-house translator for two years followed by ten years of freelance work. I speak and write excellent and fluent English and Dutch, and regularly visit Holland to see my relatives but also to keep my Dutch up to date!
