По данным инженерно-геокриологических исследований, территория строительства всех площадок кустов скважин и площадки одиночной скважины xxx, относится к зоне прерывистого распространения мерзлоты охватывая долину реки xxx и бассейны её притоков, и характеризуется преобладанием достаточно дренируемых участков, сложенных с поверхности юрскими отложениями, покрытых лиственнично-сосновым лесом. Мощность ММП колеблется от 0 м до 180 – 210 м.
Мёрзлые участки приурочены к повышенным элементам рельефа, представленным увалистой поверхностью, расчленённой широкими, плоскими долинами мелких ручьёв с многочисленными марями и болотами.

According to the engineering frost effect studies, the the construction territory of all well pad sites and the site of single well xxx is referred to the zone of discontinuous propagation of frozen ground covering the valley of the river xxx and the basins of its tributaries and is characterized by the prevalence of sufficiently drained plots formed from the surface by Jurassic formations covered with hemlock and pine forests. The thickness of permafrost layers fluctuates from 0 m to 180 - 210 m.
The frozen plots are dated to the increased relief elements represented by hillside surface split by wide flat valleys of shallow streams with multiple marshes and bogs.
The average annual temperature of soils for this zone varies from 0.3 to 0.9°С, at watersheds to minus 0.8°С.

Source text - Russian Департамент банковского регулирования и надзора рассмотрел запрос *** об условиях отнесения синдицированного кредита к категории «без определения долевых условий» и сообщает следующее.
Рассматриваемый кредит исходя из договорных условий формально не подпадает ни под одно из определений синдицированного кредита, предусмотренных Инструкцией Банка России от 16.01.2004 № 110-И «Об обязательных нормативах банков» (далее - Инструкция № 110-И). Однако, руководствуясь экономическим содержанием при расчете риска по данному кредиту, следует учитывать реально принимаемые кредитной организацией риски в процессе синдицированного кредитования, исходя из подходов, предусмотренных Приложением 5 к Инструкции № 110-И.
Так, при определении уровня риска по синдицированному кредиту без определения долевых условий для третьего лица будут применяться коэффициенты риска, предусмотренные подпунктом 1.3 Приложения 5 к Инструкции № 110-И, то есть третье лицо должно оценивать риск в отношении организатора синдиката.
Такой подход к оценке риска по синдицированному кредиту без определения долевых условий связан с особенностями условий соглашения, когда третье лицо заключает договор не с заемщиком, а с организатором синдиката, и в случае дефолта организатора все обязательства последнего согласно российскому законодательству будут срочными и тем самым требования к организатору синдиката могут быть предъявлены вне зависимости от исполнения обязательств заемщиком.
Таким образом, по мнению Департамента, кредит выданный третьим лицом (***) организатору синдиката после предоставления последним кредита заемщику на условиях, изложенных в запросе, возможно рассматривать как синдицированный кредит без определения долевых условий.
Translation - English The Department of bank regulation and supervision has considered the inquiry of *** concerning the conditions of referring a syndicated credit to the category of "credits with no definite participation share" and would like to state the following.
Proceeding from the contractual conditions, the credit under consideration in form does not come within the scope of any definition of a syndicated credit provided by Instruction No. 110-I of the Bank of Russia dated 16.01.2004 "On mandatory bank normatives" (hereinafter referred to as Instruction No. 110-I). However, proceeding from the economic content at calculation of the risk under this credit it is necessary to take into account the risks actually accepted by the credit organization in the course of syndicated crediting, proceeding from the approaches envisaged by Appendix No. 5 to Instruction No. 110-I.
Thus, at defining the risk level of a syndicated credit with no definite participation share for a third party the risk coefficients applied will be those envisaged by para. 1.3 of Appendix No. 5 to Instruction No. 110-I, i.e. the third party should consider the risk with reference to the syndicate arranger.
Such approach to estimation of the risk under a syndicated credit with no definition of participation conditions is connected with the specifics of an agreement, when the third party enters into a contract not with the borrower, but with the syndicate arranger, and in case of the arranger's default all obligations of the latter, in conformity with the Russian legislation, will be fixed term ones, and thus the claims against the syndicate arranger could be presented irrespective of the performance of the relevant obligations by the borrower.
Thus, in the opinion of the Department, the credit extended by a third party (***) to the syndicate arranger after the latter provides a credit to the borrower on the terms stated in the inquiry can be considered a syndicated credit with no definition of participation conditions.

Данные по проявлению побочных действий указанных в инструкции по медицинскому применению (ИМП) или не указанных в ИМП первоначально получаем от медицинских представителей компании, других сотрудников компании, а также непосредственно от врачей или пациентов, обратившихся по указанным в ИМП контактам. Вся информация должна накапливаться у одного человека, ответственного за фармаконадзор, который в течение 24 часов с момента поступления информации о проявлении побочного действия/нежелательного явления обязан сделать сообщение в головной офис компании. Головной офис компании рассматривает данную ситуацию и делает заключение о проявившемся побочном действии/нежелательном явлении.
Вне зависимости от того связано ли побочное действие с применением препарата или оно не связано с применением препарата (нежелательное явление – какое-либо нежелательное явление, проявляющееся у пациента во время применения препарата, не связанное с действием препарата) о проявлении побочного действия/нежелательного явления делается сообщение в ФС. Желательно получить информацию о проявлении побочного действия/нежелательного явления раньше, чем данная информация поступит в ФС из других источников, чтобы у головного офиса было время на рассмотрение информации и составление заключения.
Желательно составить СОП (порядок действий ответственного за фармаконадзор сотрудника в случае получения информации о побочном действии/нежелательном явлении).

The head office of the company shall review the situation and draw a conclusion on the registered side effect / undesirable phenomenon.
Whether the side effect is connected with the use of the preparation or not (an undesirable phenomenon - any undesirable condition manifested for the patient during the use of the preparation not connected with the effect of such preparation), FS should be informed of such manifest side effect / undesirable phenomenon. It is desirable to obtain information on the occurrence of the side effect / undesirable phenomenon before such information gets to FS from other sources, so that the head office should have sufficient time to review the information and draw up its conclusion.
It is desirable to develop standard operating procedures (operations procedure for the employee responsible for pharmacovigilance in case information on any side effect / undesirable phenomenon is received).
