She knows very well how to Show and teach to the people. She did her best to explain all the points in this training in 3 hours!!! <br /><br />I thing Proz and SDL should think about how to design a new online training during 2 sessions for each tool. <br /><br />(Ex: One theorical session in the morning+ one practical session in the afternoon) <br /><br />With this new training option, people can increase their learning efficiency.
