ProZ.com, myself and all of the panelists worked hard to provide the sessions you attended on December 13, 2012, and it is disappointing to read that some attendees were unable to hear the presentations. The sessions were well targeted and considered. However the technical problems were overwhelming. The audio quality was horrible and not much could be understood of what the practitioners were saying.
