This part of the CAPITULO is dealing with the amortization of shares (amorisaçao de quotas). The document is from MOZAMBIQUE.
2. By resolution of the General Shareholders’ Meeting, the Company may dismiss shareholders and consequently amortize shares in the following cases:
"e. no caso do arrolamento ou arresto da quota ordenada por um tribunal com fins de executar ou distribuir a quota"
I have translated this, so far, as "e. In the case of lien on or attachment of the share by order of a court for the purposes of ..."
I can't find any hits for executing shares, but only executing rights relating to a share, such as right to sell, etc. Does this mean to get the share out of the hands of the current shareholder and distribute (sell) it to another shareholder or put it back into circulation for the purposes of sale? I'm a bit stumped by this. Thank you for all contributions.

(Amortização de quota)
Um) A sociedade poderá proceder à amortização de quotas, mediante deliberação dos sócios, nos seguintes casos:
a) Por falta de pagamento das prestações acessórias de capital ou suprimentos
dos sócios devidamente aprovada, dentro do prazo fixado pelos sócios;
b) No caso de dissolução ou falência de qualquer dos sócios que seja pessoa
colectiva;
c) Duas ausências consecutivas do sócio ou seu representante nas reuniões da
assembleia geral, ordinária ou extraordinária, regularmente convocadas;
d) Por acordo com o sócio, fixando-se no acordo o preço e as condições de
pagamento;
e) No caso do arrolamento ou arresto da quota ordenada por um tribunal com
fins de **executar** ou distribuir a quota;
f) A quota será ainda amortizada no caso da exoneração por um sócio nos
casos previstos nos artigos trezentos e quatro e trezentos e cinco do Código Comercial.

Asker: That's really interesting Guilherme, thank you. I didn't realise this was the case with shares, that they were a law... I looked for execution of shares but didn't find anything myself. I may use this since it is closer to the literal meaning.
