Insoweit verweisen Wir auf den Konstruktiönsvertrag, dort Ziffer 13. Selbst ohne diese Vereinbarung wäre Italienisches Recht in dieser Beziehung anzuwenden, da der Kläger eine Yacht in Italien erwarb und diese lediglich nach Deutschland ausliefern ließ.

Allein aufgrund des Handlungsorts ist demzufolge, abstellend auf den Vortrag der Gegenseite, auf Schweizer Recht abzustellen.

spesso ritrovo quest'espressione che non so bene come tradurre. Non so se si intenda "tenendo conto di" o qualcos'altro

qualche suggerimento da parte di un esperto in materia sarebbe cosa gradita :)
