The Monitoring & Evaluation staff will perform the groundwork for the project, providing information on communities, partners, community groups, and associations as well as report on progress of project activities.

The M&E staff will also coordinate all logistic and field activities, mobilizing beneficiaries for participation in evaluation tasks.

The M&E staff will provide technical oversight to consultancy field sight ensuring accountability and quality data is collected from the field.

Mi duda más que todo es referente al término 'sight' pues - en mi humilde opinión - como que si no encaja en este contexto o no estoy viendo todo el panorama.

No sé si la idea era 'consultancy field personnel/team/etc.'...
