agree  Irene Schlotter, Dipl.-Übers.: Die zweite Variante (Ragout vom ...) klingt sehr viel eleganter und speisekartentypischer. Bei der ersten Variante kann man den Eindruck gewinnen, dass es sich um drei verschiedene Ragouts handelt.
