Vraagje aan de golfers onder de collega's: hoe noem je een club maatje zes: iron 6, ijzer 6, club 6, of...?

Ik ben geen golfer, maar ik heb ooit een golfspel vertaald en toen uitgebreid contact gehad met een golfer. Volgens hem worden overal de Engelse termen gebruikt. Iron 4 en Wood 2 dus.

Wellicht veel te laat, maar voor de goede orde: ijzer 6 (NL), 6 iron (EN). Verder ook houten 3 (NL), 3 wood (EN).
